Bureaux Modern Mercantile currently ships within Canada only. Orders are processed using Canada Post Expedited Shipping which includes tracking and takes up to 10 business days.

All orders placed with Bureaux Modern Mercantile are processed, packed and shipped from our store in Abbotsford, BC. We strive to ship your order within 3 business days from receipt. However, if you have special shipping instructions, please email us directly at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Not all items qualify for shipping. Heavy or large items are available for in-store pick up only and may not qualify for flat rate or complimentary shipping offers. We are happy to provide you with a shipping quote. Rates are calculated based on destination, weight and size. Please email us at [email protected] for further information.

Once shipped we will email you a notification and provide you with the tracking information. 

If faster shipping is required or another shipping method is preferred please email [email protected] to make other arrangements.

Bureaux Modern Mercantile strives to keep the website's inventory up to date, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have the purchase refunded.



Orders placed within Abbotsford for in-store pick up will be available at 120 - 33827 South Fraser Way during regular business hours. Bureaux Modern Mercantile will confirm with the customer when the orders are ready for pick-up. Proof of purchase and photo ID is required when picking up orders.



If a customer receives an item that is damaged, please contact Bureaux Modern Mercantile immediately at [email protected]. All damages must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving the order.

Items returned within 7 days of the original purchase date are eligible for exchange or store credit. An original sales receipt must be present in order to receive a refund or in-store credit.

Items returned within 14 days are eligible for exchange or in-store credit. In-store credits expire within 1 year of the issue date.

Items must be unused with all tags and packaging intact and in re-sellable condition.



Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date in unused condition in the original packaging with all tags intact. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.

In order to qualify for a return, please contact Bureaux Modern Mercantile via email at [email protected]. We will provide you with specific instructions for your return request.

Return shipping fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Bureaux Modern Mercantile is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the returned item is damaged in the mail.
